Reports to: Technical Director
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Client Consultant to join our sales and business development team. As a Pre-Sales Client Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving customer discovery and effectively presenting our solutions to prospective clients.
Reporting to the Technical Director, and working closely with peers in engineering, and Support, your objective will be to instill confidence in our solutions and with a deep understanding of our research and methodologies, bring insight and best practices to our prospective clients. To be successful, you’ll need to leverage your product expertise and excellent pre-sales skills to seek out business requirements, develop the research and methodology sales strategy, demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs and provide them with value.
- Customer-facing / Consultancy experience of Exec. level
- Pre-sales experience
Providing pre-sales technical leadership on AI solutions
Assisting in the identification of potential sales opportunities and in discovering a potential customers AI challenges and vision for a solution to those challenges.
Creating RFI/RFP Responses: Leading the creation of a response to a specific prospect’s request for information or proposal, including creating and formatting the content, ensuring the quality of the response, and ensuring timely delivery of the response.
Performing Architecture / Technical Components Overview: Delivering an in-depth overview of technical architectures and proprietary product capabilities that provide unique value in the market, and having a proven track record of doing so.
Attend customers meetings when research and methodology support is needed and manage discussions between various levels of technical audiences
Collaboration: team work is essential in a fast moving dynamic environment, so a focussed individual that can work exclusively on projects and also work and contribute within a team
Analysing business performance data and effectively determining the key issues on which to focus.
